I’m the Business Development Director at M&M, responsible for the overall growth and direction of the business.  At heart though, I’m a sales person and I enjoy nothing more than talking to busy Marketing departments, helping to bring their brand and ideas to life. Outside of work, I lead an army of four children, although two of them have left home – there’s never a dull moment!

My favourite part of my job is leading the team and realising what we can achieve when we all work together.

I’m the Sales Manager at M&M, so it’s my job to speak to new and existing clients, prepare quotes and help to advise on the best merchandise. I enjoy making marketing videos, going to networking events and meeting people at trade exhibitions. Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to Sophia and Ethan, wife to Mark and I’m part of a street and commercial dance group.

My favourite part of my job is seeing an enquiry all the way through and hearing client feedback on their finished merchandise!

I’m the Sales Administrator at M&M. My job is to process orders, keep clients up to date and make sure everything runs smoothly with production and deliveries. Outside of work, I love taking walks with my dog, Alfie, reading books about anything and everything, and getting creative with some knitting, drawing or jewellery-making.
