Exhibitions & Events
Got an exhibition, conference, roadshow or company event coming up?
Tell us what you’re planning, who you’re trying to reach and what you want your merchandise to achieve. We’ll do the product hunting for you, finding creative, useful ideas that fit your audience, brand, budget and deadline.
Less time scrolling. More confidence you’ve picked the right merch.
Merchandise: one less thing on your event to-do list
There are already enough moving parts when you’re organising an event. Your merchandise shouldn’t become another last-minute headache.
Whether you’re planning a trade show, conference, roadshow, launch, sales kick-off or company event, we’ll help you work out what merchandise makes sense and when you need to get it moving.
Rather than sending you a catalogue with thousands of products to trawl through, we’ll get to know your event, your audience and what you’re trying to achieve. Then we’ll come back with carefully selected ideas for you to choose from.
From giveaways that attract people to your stand to something a little more special for the people you have a great conversation with, we’ll help you build a range with a reason behind it.
And once we know your event dates, we can help you plan ahead too, with samples, visuals, reminders, production and delivery all taken care of.

The event’s booked. Now what about the merch?
The best event merchandise isn’t just something with your logo on it. It needs to work for your audience, your objectives and everything else you’re juggling behind the scenes.

“We’ve left the merch late again.” Once we know your event calendar, we can help you work backwards from your deadlines, recommend products with suitable lead times and give you a nudge when it’s time to get moving.

“Will it all actually work together?” We’ll consider your brand guidelines, colours, artwork and how each item will be used, helping you create a cohesive collection rather than a random assortment of branded products.
Problem:
Getting everything there

Solution
“I just need it all to arrive on time.” We’ll coordinate production and delivery across your merchandise, helping everything arrive when and where you need it. For conferences, we can even pre-pack your goody bags or delegate boxes so they’re ready to hand out.
What could your event merchandise look like?
Every event is different, so there isn’t a standard M&M shopping list. These are just a few places we might start.
Can’t see what you’re looking for? Good. This isn’t our whole range.
We purposely don’t list thousands of products online. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll do the searching for you.

Got more than one event in the diary?
If exhibitions, conferences and events are a regular part of your marketing calendar, you don’t need to start from scratch every time.
Once we’ve helped you create your approved merchandise range, your M&M Merchandise Portal can make repeat ordering much easier.
Your team can access pre-approved products, while you stay in control of your brand and merchandise range. And because we already know what you’re using, repeat orders become much simpler.

FAQ’s
The earlier, the better. Planning ahead gives you a much wider choice of products, branding options and price points, and helps avoid express charges and last-minute delivery stress.
There isn’t one lead time that applies to every product, though. Some merchandise can be produced very quickly, while bespoke or more unusual ideas may need several weeks. Give us your event date and we’ll work backwards, letting you know when decisions, artwork and orders need to be confirmed.
If you have several events throughout the year, even better. Share your event calendar with us and we can help you plan ahead, rather than starting from scratch every time.
Absolutely. In fact, that’s a big part of what we do.
Rather than giving you thousands of products to scroll through, we’ll ask about your event, who will be attending, what you’re trying to achieve, how you’ll give the merchandise out, your budget and your brand. Then we’ll do the product hunting and come back with ideas that make sense.
That might mean lower-cost giveaways to attract people to your stand alongside something more memorable for the prospects you have a great conversation with. The aim isn’t simply to put your logo on something. It’s to find merchandise people will actually want to take, use and remember you by.
Yes. If you’ve got hundreds of delegate bags to fill, you don’t have to spend the afternoon turning your office into a packing line!
We can pre-pack your goody bags, delegate packs or boxes so they’re ready for your event. Our wider fulfilment service can also wrap, pack and ship merchandise in bulk or to individual addresses, helping take another job off your event to-do list.
Definitely. This is where getting M&M involved in your wider event calendar can save you a lot of time.
Rather than treating every exhibition as a completely separate order, we can look at what you’ve got planned and create a core range of merchandise that works across multiple events. That can improve consistency, make better use of your budget and allow you to plan quantities and production further ahead.
Once you’ve established your range, we can also set up an M&M Merchandise Portal with your pre-approved products. Your teams can have their own logins and order approved merchandise when they need it, while you retain control over the range and your branding.
Speak to us as soon as you can. Your options may be more limited, but we know the products, production methods and partners that can work to shorter timescales and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
We’ll look at your must-have delivery date first, then recommend realistic options rather than showing you something brilliant that can’t arrive in time.
And once we’ve got you through this event, give us the dates for the next one so we can help you avoid the same last-minute scramble!
Yes, and we’d encourage it wherever possible. A sample lets you properly assess the size, colour, quality and feel of a product rather than relying on a thumbnail on a screen.
We can arrange unbranded samples for most products and generally there is no charge if your enquiry proceeds to an order. For truly bespoke products, we may also be able to arrange a pre-production sample, although there can be setup costs involved.
Or come and see us at M&M HQ in Cheltenham. We have a showroom full of merchandise to get your ideas flowing, and if you can’t visit in person, we can show you around over Teams instead.
Yes. We don’t want your event merchandise to feel like an assortment of products that happen to have the same logo on them.
We can work with your brand guidelines, colours, fonts and artwork to help create a cohesive merchandise range. We’ll also consider how your branding will actually work on each product and recommend suitable branding methods and positions.
You’ll receive visuals and/or proofs to approve before your merchandise goes into production, so you can see how everything is expected to look before it’s made.
Yes. We can coordinate delivery of your merchandise to the location you need, whether that’s your office, an event venue or another agreed delivery point.
If you’re ordering several different products, we’ll help coordinate the timings too. Wherever possible, we can plan delivery around your event date so you’re not surrounded by boxes months beforehand, while also avoiding the stress of everything turning up at the very last minute.
We can also ship internationally and work with partners who can brand and dispatch merchandise from Europe where appropriate.
Yes, but we’ll start by asking what sustainable means to your organisation, rather than simply showing you products labelled “eco”.
That could mean UK-made, recycled or recyclable materials, reusable products, ethical production, traceability, reduced packaging or something that meets your organisation’s CSR or ESG policies.
We work with our suppliers to understand the credentials behind the products we recommend and can request relevant supporting documentation or certification where available. That means we can help you make an informed choice and avoid relying on vague sustainability claims.
That’s actually the perfect time to speak to us.
You don’t need to come to M&M with a shopping list. Tell us about your business, your event, who’s attending, what you’d like to achieve, your budget and your deadline. We’ll use that information to research and recommend ideas for you.
We purposely don’t expect you to work your way through thousands of products yourself. You organise events occasionally; we look at merchandise every day. Put our product knowledge to work and let us narrow down the options for you.
Let’s make merchandise one less thing to worry about before your next event.
Tell us what’s in the diary, who you need to impress and what you’re hoping to achieve.
We’ll take it from there, finding merchandise ideas that fit your audience, your brand, your budget and your deadline.
No catalogue scrolling required.
